To our TCBY family, Community is at the heart of TCBY. This means that we join together to celebrate life’s sweetest moments, from birthdays to special milestones, and so many more. And, in uncertain times, we must also join together. We are committed to navigating through these difficult circumstances, with safety at the forefront of everything we do. With this in mind, we continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19, and are taking the appropriate preventative measures. We wanted to update you on how we have enhanced our already strict cleaning procedures, which exceed the CDC’s standard guidelines. And, we have intensified our cleaning protocols as well, with cleanings occurring more frequently throughout the day. In addition to our commitment to regularly cleaning surfaces, we do encourage you to use hand sanitizer or wash your hands when visiting TCBY, before using the machines and topping utensils. As a precaution, we have also temporarily moved our cups and cones behind the counter at our self-serve locations. Please just let us know what you’d like!
